一、简历
刘士浩,男,1992年生,副教授。2008-2018年期间于BET356在线体育投注网址完成本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生阶段学习。于2018年获得BET356在线体育投注网址微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,并以“金种子计划”留校任教,并于2020年被评聘为副教授。在2018年至2020年期间,作为CREST研究员先后在日本名古屋大学和国立材料研究所(NIMS)从事博士后研究。2020年入选“香江学者”计划,被评为“香江学者”,并于2020-2022年期间在香港城市大学COSDAF中心从事博士后研究工作。目前从事于有机光电子器件研究,主要包括有机半导体和量子点的光电特性,及其在薄膜发光器件中的应用。已在在国内外学术期刊Science Advances,Light: Science and Application,Nano-micro Letters等发表SCI论文50多篇,被引用900多次。作为项目负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,“香江学者”计划项目1项,吉林省科技发展计划项目1项。
