一、简历
陈长鸣,男,1981年生,博士,副教授,博士生导师。2005年6月毕业于BET356在线体育投注网址电子科学与技术专业,获学士学位,2007年6月毕业于BET356在线体育投注网址微电子学与固体电子学专业,获硕士学位;2010年6月毕业于BET356在线体育投注网址微电子学与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。2010年7月留校工作。2010年10月-2014年4月在BET356在线体育投注网址化学学院从事师资博士后研究。2019年4月-2020年7月作为国家公派访问学者在美国西北大学电气工程与计算机科学系进行研修,并同时在美国Argonne国家实验室开展纳米光子芯片的具体研制工作。2011年获得BET356在线体育投注网址优秀博士后二等奖,在2012年获得BET356在线体育投注网址第五届青年教师教学水平大赛三等奖,在2014年获得BET356在线体育投注网址第六届青年教师教学水平大赛二等奖。2015年作为第一完成人获得吉林省自然科学学术成果二等奖。到目前为止,在光波导集成芯片研究领域发表SCI学术论文50余篇,作为项目负责人先后主持了国家自然科学基金,教育部高等学校博士点专项科研基金,第50批中国博士后面上基金,第五批中国博士后特别资助基金,吉林省科技发展计划项目及横向研发课题等,并作为主要参加人参与完成国家“973”项目,国家重点研发计划,教育部军工装备预研项目和吉林省科技支撑计划重点项目等。
二、研究方向:
1、光波导功能集成芯片,主要包括:电光调制器/开关,热光开关阵列,阵列波导光栅(AWG)基的功能集成可重构光分插复用器/交叉复用器,超长密集式阵列波导延迟线,Bragg光栅/长周期光栅传感器,微环谐振器,波导放大器及生物传感器等。
2、纳米光子集成芯片,主要包括:纳米波导耦合器件,表面等离子体纳米波导器件,纳米激光器及其片上集成技术等。
